WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for a valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has and by these presents does hereby release and forever quitclaim unto the
Grantee, forever, all of such right, title and interest as the grantor has in or to that parcel of land situated
in Forsyth County, North Carolina and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
The property herein conveyed includes the primary residence of Grantor.
The sole purpose of this Deed is to record Grantee's new survey legal description of the property
hereinabove described. Grantor makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or title of the
aforementioned survey or description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above -released premises unto the said Grantee, to Grantee and Grantee's
only proper use and behoof forever; so that neither the Grantor nor any person, in Grantor name and
behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises, or any part thereof, but
they and each of them shall, by these presents be excluded and forever barred.

COMMENCING at an existing iron pin being located in the southwestern right of way of
Robinhood Road being South 64 degrees 32 minutes 12 seconds East 368.48 feet from NC
NAD83(2011) grid coordinates N:865902.01 and E:1595405.34; thence South 46 degrees 49
minutes 39 seconds West 10.51 feet to an existing iron pin being the POINT AND PLACE OF
BEGINNING; thence South 64 degrees 18 minutes 55 seconds East 85.24 feet to an existing iron
pin in the southern right of way line of Robinhood Road said pin also being in the northwestern
property line of property owned, now or formerly, by JCS Properties North LLC (DB 2833, Page
1451); thence along said property line South 45 degrees 31 minutes 48 seconds West 239.92
feet; thence the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) North 62 degrees 02 minutes 23
seconds West 90 feet to an existing iron pin and (2) North 46 degrees 52 minutes 54 seconds
East 238.22 feet to the POINT AND PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.454 acres more
