As agreed, the City has and will continue to conduct effluent, upstream, and downstream color monitoring on the receiving stream of Clark Creek. Influent sampling was conducted eight times from 10/04/99 until 1/18/00 to gain preliminary information such as the influent loading and removal efficiencies. The attached effluent, upstream, and downstream data covers the time frame of 10/14/99 through 3/22/00. The data includes date, color analysis results, stream chain of custody forms, and collection -day stream and weather conditions, as well as pictures of plant discharge point. After reviewing, please let me know if the Division has need of continued or additional monitoring data.
