The quantity reported in the cover letter was a typo. My apologies for the confusion. The revised paragraph from the cover letter is provided below for you and James. The road crossing in Impact Area 6 has been revised to conform with a new site plan designed for the project's final phase. This road crossing will permanently impact 120 If stream for culvert installation and 26 If for installing a dissipator pad. The dissipator pad will be embedded into the channel to maintain preconstruction channel dimensions and avoid a loss of the stream channel. The road crossing was initially permitted to permanently impact 107 If for culvert and 21 If for riprap installation and temporarily impact 12 If for construction access. The new design will add 13 If culvert and 5 If riprap stream impact. The impact tables look correct to me. In answer to your other email, the agent authorization form is signed by David Jarret, who is the new responsible party for the remaining impacts. Also, your cover letter says that Impact area 6 was approved for 24 If of riprap but the plan sheet says 21 If. Is that a typo or am I missing something?
