Facility is a combined asphalt and concrete plant. The facility contacts were told an NCG160000 General permit for Asphalt
will be required. A seperate Notice will be sent.
Sampling records are maintained on an internal database. Several DMRs for 2019-2021 were available in our Laserfiche Wek
Portal.
Wash water goes through a weir and is piped to basins to treat pH.
