The following items are included in this package: • A check for $480 to cover the review fee • This cover letter with a brief project narrative • Application form FTA 06-21 (with certifications). • Topographic site maps (data obtained from USGS) • Street level maps Pump Station 69, located on River Road adjacent to the Mott's Creek Bridge, is owned and operated by CFPUA. PS-69 conveys all wastewater collected in the basin via a 20" PVC force main approximately 16,900 LF in length and discharges directly to the Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant (SSWWTP) headworks for treatment and disposal. The existing pump station includes four (4) 60 horsepower (hp) submersible pumps with a design peak pumping rate of 3,343 gallons per minute (gpm). This project will upgrade PS 69 to a capacity of 2.45 MGD, from the current permitted capacity of 1.76 MGD, with a peaking factor of 2.5. The scope is to include the removal and disposal of existing screening facilities, pumps, piping and valves, electrical gear and pump station building. Then the installation of a new grinder, submersible pumps in a new wetwell, concrete slab and electrical connections for a diesel bypass pump, standby generator with automatic transfer switch (ATS), precast electrical building with HVAC and a connection to the existing force main.
