Environmental Banc & Exchange, LLC has submitted a proposed RES 2022 Phase II Neuse Umbrella
Mitigation Banking Instrument (UMBI) to the Division of Water Resources for nutrient offset credits
and riparian buffer mitigation credits within the 8-digit Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 03020201 of the
Neuse River Basin. The proposed UMBI can be found online at:

Environmental Banc & Exchange, LLC has also submitted a proposed Bank Parcel Development Plan
(BPDP) to the Division of Water Resources for the Thunder Swamp Phase II Mitigation Bank Parcel,
which is located in the 8-digit Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 03020201 of the Neuse River Basin. This
Bank Parcel is being proposed to provide riparian buffer mitigation credits and nutrient offset credits
under the proposed UMBI. The proposed BPDP can be found online at:
