This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. Mr. Flynt is in the process of applying for renewal and should have the application submitted by March 31, 2022. *Mr. Flynt keeps very good records. DMR's were compared with the lab results from the contract lab and no dicrepancies were noted. *Construction of the new stainless steel splitter box is almost complete. The box has been fabricated but the person doing the work is having a very difficult time finding stainless steel bar stock for the bar screen portion of the splitter box. *The effluent was very clear on the day of the inspection.
