Thanks so much! Glen Raven does have two other facilities, one in Norlina and one in Burnsville, that I need to update
the permit contact to be me as well. Is it okay to fill out the request form for those?

Good morning,
Both facilities permit number search pulled up full stormwater summaries this morning! Everything is accurate in terms
of facility information and owner affiliation contact. The permit contact person for the no exposure is myself, but my
email is incorrect and I need to change the Burlington permit contact to myself as well. Should I fill out the request form
to make those changes?
Thank you!

Okay— Hopefully we have sorted this out! Please run permit contact summary reports for both of these tomorrow and
let us know if everything is accurate.
First, I updated the facility details for NCG170241. It is now associated with the facility with the correct
address. Hopefully I picked the correct owner entity, but you can check that for us in the morning.

Yes that looks correct to me!
- 232 = Burlington Yarn Plant = NCG170241
- 226A = Novelty Yarn Plant/Sunbrella Graphics = NCGNE1459
Thanks for all your help, and I apologize again for the confusion on our end.

No, it will be more accurate if we do not combine these because it will look like the permit should not be active. This
should be its own facility.
We have just activated the permit again, but I don't think you'll be able to run a report until tomorrow morning to check
the contacts. You can submit contact changes in a request after that.
I will work with our Admin Assistant to set up the different facility for the NCG170241 (called Burlington Yarn Plant) and
keep this current one connected to NCGNE1459. We will also revise the address of this current facility to 226A Glen
Raven Rd.
Is that correct?

That makes sense, the person who submitted the no exposure on our end did use the 232 address instead of the correct
226A, which could have been misleading! Is it correct to separate the two facilities into a stormwater permit and a no
exposure? If it's preferred by your team to combine the two facilities into one just let me know.

Okay, I am starting to see what happened and why the facility address looks discrepant. Both of these (the permit and

Good morning,
We have two plants, we call them the Burlington Yarn Plant (232 Glen Raven Rd) and the Novelty Yarn Plant/Sunbrella
Graphics (226A Glen Raven Rd). The novelty plant should have the No Exposure NCGNE1459, and the Burlington Plant
should have the permit NCG170241.
The owner affiliation needed to be updated for the Novelty plant, but during that process I went to pull the contact
sheet records for the Burlington Plant to double check, and when I couldn't find any I reached out to you. I apologize for
the confusion!! Please let me know if I can clarify further.
Thank you,

Grace —Just a follow up on this to let you know why we need to get it sorted out. If this some plant has a No Exposure
Certification, it does not need a permit (NCG170241). So if NCGNE1459 is in place, that's the exclusion from the
permitting requirement.
But if this is a different place, then we need to reactivate that other permit.

Grace,
I see you submitted another contact request for this No Exposure below. Is this a different place than what NCG170241

I think this might be where the mix-up happened because there's a note in our system about this site being under
NCG170241. I'm assuming that's incorrect too?

Yes, the plant at 232 Glen Raven Road is still active, I have a copy of the COC as number NCG170241. Please let me know
if there's something we need to do or submit to get the permit reactivated.

Hi Grace,
This permit doesn't come up on the permit summary report because it's inactive. It was rescinded in 2021 because a No
Exposure Certification was issued instead. However, I am not sure this was the correct permit to be rescinded. The No
Exposure Application does not look like it's for this same facility, so this may have been a mistake.
10
I am alerting our No Exposure and General Permits Coordinator to investigate further. It may need to be reactivated. I
assume this plant is still operating if you are trying to update contacts?

Good morning,
Thanks again for your help earlier with my questions, I'm sorry to say I have one more. I would like to see the
"Stormwater Permit Summary Report" for Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC - Burlington Yarn Plant (the facility next door
to the Novelty Yarn Plant), but when I enter the permit number a blank report is generated. Is there another way I can
see this information?
Thank you,
Gracie
