SUBJECT: Sumaer/Winter Effluent Limitations
Yanceyville Sanitary District WWTP
Caswell County
Technical Services has completed a waste load allocation for the
Yanceyville Sanitary District WWTP discharge into Jail House Branch,
based on a level B stream analysis. The summer limitations (April 1
to October 31) are as follows:
Flow 0.2 MOD
BOD5 18 mg/1
NH3-N 7 mg/1
Dissolved Oxygen 6 mg/1
TSS 30 mg/l
Fecal Coliform 1000/100 ml
PH 6-8.5 S.U.
In addition, the following winter effluent limits can be applied to
this facility in accordance with rule 15 NCAC 2B .0404:

BOD5 21 mg/1
N113-N 12 mg/1
Dissolved Oxygen 5 mg/1
TSS 30 mg/1
