RE: Shotwell Landfill - NCG120110 Outfall Updates
Hi, Dave,
I have added Outfall 004 and made revised coordinates. Please see below.
Please note that we have to enter these in degrees, minutes, seconds, and sometimes the decimal version will not be
exactly the same because it is rounded to the nearest second. For example, when I converted the decimal coordinates
you sent for Outfall 002, the degrees/minutes/seconds did not change from what was there before.

are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your

Hi Bethany,
We are finalizing a SWPPP update for the subject facility for the renewed permit and the following updates have been
made to facility outfalls regarding location and the addition of new outfall 004. The attached current Stormwater Permit
Summary Report is attached for reference. Just a note, the locations of Outfalls 1, 2, and 3 have not substantially
changed, these are just refined coordinates to match the Site Map. Let me know if you have any questions, or need any
further information. Thanks!
