-This project shall be constructed in accordance with the following plans, and the adopted Engineering
Design and Construction Standards of the Town of Holly Springs. These plans were prepared in
conformance with the approved preliminary plan approved by the Town. Furthermore, the engineer
whose seal and signature appear below this certifies that the Town of I Iolly Springs Engineering Design
and Construction and Standards have been thoroughly reviewed for applicability to this particular
project. These plans were prepared using survey grade data in all areas where work is being proposed
including utility crossings and other environmentally sensitive areas. Any proposed exceptions or
deviations from either the standards and/or from the approved preliminary plan are listed below:

GENERAL NOTES (AS APPLICABLE):
1. ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO TOWN OF HOLLY SPRINGS ENGINEERING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
STANDARDS.
2. CONSTRUCTION DRAWING APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE CONSTRUCTION ON THIS PROJECT MAY BEGIN.
DEVELOPMENT FEES ARE DUE BEFORE CONSTRUCTION DRAWING APPROVAL.
3. THE ESTIMATE SEWER FLOWS SHOWN ARE BASED ON ASSUMED TENANT MIX AT THE TIME OF THE SUBMITTAL. THE
ESTIMATED FLOWS WILL BE UPDATED WITH EACH DEVELOPMENT PLAN SUBMITTAL.
4. THE PLAN IS SUBJECT TO REVISIONS DURING CONSTRUCTION DRAWING APPROVAL PROCESS.
5. THE MONUMENT CONTROL POINTS FOR THIS PROJECT IS: TOWN OF HOLLY SPRINGS GEODETIC MONUMENT "ALFORD
33" PUBLISHED COORDINATES N=693,650.75' E=2,041,575.85' ELEV.=377.10'. THE TOWN OF HOLLY SPRINGS HAS
INSTALLED A LOCAL GEODETIC MONUMENT) SHALL REFERENCE THE NEAREST MONUMENT AND SHALL BE CLEARLY
NOTED ON THE FIRST SHEET OF, BOTH CONSTRUCTION PLANS, AND AS-BUILTS SUBMITTED TO THE TOWN. NO
GEODETIC MONUMENTS WITHIN 2,000 FT BUTTER BASE ON THE TOWN OF HOLLY SPRINGS EXHIBIT.
6. IF THERE IS A GEODETIC MONUMENT LOCATED IN THIS SITE, IT MUST BE PROTECTED OR IF RELOCATION IS NEEDED IT
WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER TO RELOCATE IT WITH SURVEY ACCURACY.
7. ACCESS TO TOWN OF HOLLY SPRINGS PUMP STATION MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES UNTIL ALTERNATE PUMP
STATION ACCESS IS AVAILABLE FROM THE SOUTH.
