The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: 1. Please provide a map or sketch with a scale and a north arrow that delineates the boundaries of the lands owned or proposed to be utilized by the applicant in carrying out the stabilization activity as well as the location and dimension of the structures associated with the proposed stabilization. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(9)] 2. Please provide construction details/typicals for the proposed rock toe and geolifts. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(9)] 3. Please provide a revegetation plan for the disturbed areas including proposed species. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(3)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. Please provide your response by April 7, 2022. If all of the requested information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be denied as incomplete. The denial of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and appropriate fee.
