stated that land owner Michael Trybula L703 Ivy St] witnessed the tour
bus from Temple Baptist Church, at 701 Little John St, dump grey water
from the tourbus in the storm drains. The homeowner at 701 Ivy St said

informed him of what an IDDE is and why dumping greywater in storm
drains is illegal. I provided a list of local RV waste disposla
locations (provided by D. Shallenberger of Two Rivers Utility). I will
