This compounded with limited staff has reduced the progress this past year toward this goal. No Root Cause : Stormwater management plans and/or procedures are not established Plan of Action: There are some methods in place to help dectect the discharge locations, but we are working toward a digital format where these can be better identified, inspected and resole utilizing technology.
