NCDEQ/DEMLR/Stormwater Branch is beginning the process to renew NCG240000-General Stormwater Permit for Compost Facilities. After the draft permit is developed, it will be public noticed. Is there someone specific to whom we should send the draft permit after it has been developed? The current NCG24 permit is scheduled to expire September 30, 2022, although the renewed permit may be issued prior to this date, if it has gone through the process. Please contact me with any questions. Thx.
