Remove portion of decks that are not stable and decaying, re -work part of deck area
that is desired to remain will have new deck rails and deck platform for purposes of
home enjoyment. No equipment is needed to remove sections of the deck and
rebuild. Replace existing wood fence that is decaying with aluminum fencing, a
portion of this work is in the buffer zone.
