the recombination of existing lots along Tyndall Drive and the
extension of Tyndall Drive to connect to Phase 2 of Brantley Place
subdivision. The development will result in impacts to a wetland for lot
fill on Lots 8 and 9 to accommodate homes and a wetland and stream
impact for the extension of Tyndall Drive.
