Subject: REVISED Flow Tracking for Sewer Extension Application
After revising and sending out the "corrected" FTSE we realized that our flow tracking spreadsheet was
still not tracking flow correctly. We consulted with the engineering firm that built the sheet, and it was
discovered that an error was causing the sheet to continue to incorrectly calculate flow going through the
Riverdale lift station. The error has now been correct. The Water and Sewer Mains Division is re -
contacting those applicants that have been affected. Attached is a REVISED Flow Tracking for Sewer
Extension Application sheet for your records.
If you have multiple requests that have been corrected, you will notice that the available capacity for the
Riverdale Lift station has not changed from one sheet to the other. This is not an error. The application
sheet pulls information from the lift station data on the day it is being printed and because of this will not
reflect the information for the different projects as they were applied for. If you have any questions or
concerns, please contact me. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to strive to be as accurate
as possible.
