Treatment facility discharges into Little Creek which is Classified as Class C waters in the Yadkin Pee -Dee River Basin. The current NPDES Permit was issued on April 1, 2019 and expires on June 30,2024. Review of 12 month compliance history, from February 2021 through January 2022, found three reported limit violations: 8-2021 Fecal Coliform,Daily Maximum limit violation (NOV issued) and 1-2022 TSS, Daily Maximum and Monthly Average limit violations (NOV issued). Sticker on flow meter indicates that last calibration was July 16, 2020, with a due date for calibration July 2021.
