I am sending this correspondence in regards to an error made by an analyst at the hnvironment One lab in
Greenville, NC from samples collected 09-08-2021 from our wwTP Facility monitoring wells, in
particular well 4 1. The Total Dissolved Residue was initially reported as 100,000 ppm . I was notified by
the regional office of the high reading that I personally had originally failed to recognize, and informed to
contact the Lab and have them investigate the reading. I'lie Lab's staff found that their analyst had recorded
the original reading in error which actually was 34 ppm . 1 have enclosed the amended Lab results page
along with the original results page sent to our office in September 2021.
1 was advised by brit Rice to contact you to assist me as I do not recall who the contact person was from
your staff and would greatly appreciate help in this matter.
