Hello Cyndi and John:
I am still trying to sort out the chain of command, and I think this
one is supposed to go to Cyndi, but I just wanted to make sure. This
is an EEP application for a NW27 that Stratford and John D. both
thought need more information, and John just wanted to make sure it
made it up the proper chain of command. If I understand it correctly,
this can be done but it must be passed up the chain and eventually be
signed by Paul within 30 days of the application being received.
The file was received on Aug. 9th, so it would need to be signed
relatively soon.
I used a copy of the more information/on hold form letter and made the
changes I felt were appropriate. Please read the letter carefully to
make sure I did not enter or delete anything I should not have. I will
be dropping the file off on Wednesday, and I will see if I can find Bev
or Laurie to give it to so that it does not sit in the wrong box
unnecessarily.
