Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is to notify you that as of September 15, 2021 the subject site has been brought
into compliance with the Durham City -County Unified Development Ordinance as it
relates to erosion control issues. As a result, the Notice of Violation dated August 25, 2021
is hereby resolved.
Please note, any further land disturbing activity on this site without a Land Disturbance
Permit will result in the disapproval of your erosion control plan and may result in further
enforcement action as described in Section 15.5 of the Durham City -County Unified
Development Ordinance.
