The temporary bridge structure has been removed and the contractor is in the process of tearing up the temporary roadway. The temporary fill slopes are still in place. We have asked the Resident to ensure that the contractor addresses the dirty riprap at the site either by finding a way to retrieve the deposits of fines or removing and replacing riprap where necessary. Some of the slopes will be redone anyway when the temporary fill is removed. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information. Thanks! My biggest concern is the dirty riprap. You and Anneliese talked about some of it after our visit on 3/3. While I was there, they were in the process of putting new riprap down and it was already dirty. You can see the new area in “NewRiprap”. I also included a few other pictures of dirty riprap from different areas. There were also a couple areas where there was some erosion. The slope between the road and what’s left of the temporary bridge in the southeast quadrant was eroding (Erosion1 and 2). It was hard to see how bad it was underneath because I did not go under the bridge. There was also a rill forming between the riprap and seeded area in the northeast quadrant (Rill). The unlabeled pictures are general pictures of the site since I know you haven’t been there for a while. James was not there when I stopped by, so I did not get to talk to him. Let me know if you have any questions!
