Kelly,
I just went in and made the ROS updates and entered the monitoring suspension on outfall 002. You should be able to
see the changes tomorrow in eDMR. The letter said that outfall 001 should be sampled as representative of outfall 002.

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Ok, will do that. We sampled in February, but I just got the documents back today so if we have to have samples for 002
for 15Y qtr, I can report those for 15tgtr after April 1 or whenever I get the data back which appears to take about a month
to get back from the labs.
Thank you,
Kelly

No need to change sampling plans —just hold off reporting in eDMR. In fact, I think you can't report until the first day
following the month you sampled in anyway.
That's fine —just notify us when production activities stop and you can request a rescission of the permit. The region
will do an inspection to verify at that point, and the company will need to make sure it applies for permit coverage at the
new site.

Hey Bethany, Sorry to hear that your team lost someone. Yes we can wait until Thursday. I have reached out to my
sampling person and let him know I might need him again, but will let him know to hold off until Thursday.
As a side note, there a plans to close this facility at some point this year although I don't have a definitive date as of yet
and they will move the production operations to another NC location. I am sure there will be documents at some point
in time I will have to complete and submit for that as well, but I will reach out to you or someone to see what that
process entails.
Thank you,
Kelly

Hi, Kelly,
It's not that it didn't go through. It's that we lost our Program Admin Assistant last fall, and we only just hired a new
one. I am working my way through all the old ones to help catch us up, and I still have about 25 to go. I see the original
request. I am sorry we did not get to it before now.
I can make the changes tomorrow, but it won't change in the system until the next day. Can you wait until Thursday to
try again?

Hey Bethany,
I hope you are doing well. I did not realize the previous ROS submittal did not go through into the system when I was
setting up the eDMR documents back in July -August timeframe. When I entered
The DMR reports for this qtr and tried to validate, I received the validated warning message for Outfall 002 effluent
missing. I resubmitted the supplemental information for the original ROS grant. How long does it usually take for the
ROS status to be changed in the system
And should I have my storm water sampling person come back out to sample 002 and then resubmit the documents.
Thankyou
