In response to NOV-2022-LV-0190
If it is at all possible, please reconsider the penalty assessment as it would benefit the plant more
to utilize those funds in acquiring the necessary equipment, material, and contractors to get the plant
back to a compliant status. We are working diligently to rectify the plants effluent quality and issues
associated with the plants ability to treat and produce a better -quality effluent resulting in better
Groundwater constituents. We are making every effort to achieve this as quickly as possible to meet all
parameters set in the permit.
