a plant was taken off line on Dec. 21 due to high turbidity. Plant staff performed scheduled maintenance on the Disk filters, UV, Contact chamber, and effluent pump station. No flow occurred on Dec. 22 and
therfore no sampling nor field parameters were collected. On Dec. 28 the plant had an effluent BOD out of limit. It is not known what caused the sample to be high. upon review with the lab, it was noted that
acidified sample had an odor similar to paint thinner. Upon further investigation, the source of the odor could not be found. All other parameters were compliant for the month.
