I met with Jim Harris of Horsehead yesterday and one item that we would like to address is the name of the permit holder. On the application, we had Horsehead Metal Products, Inc. c/o Anthony Staley but the permit was issued to the Horsehead Holding Corporation c/o Darin Cooper. I assume this is because that is the name on the other discharge permits. We would like to take the steps to modify all of the permits to Horsehead Metal Products, Inc. Can you guide me into what steps we need to take to accomplish this? Thanks and have a great weekend.
