The comments with responses in blue italics are provided on the following pages. Supplemental and revised documents are submitted here in as follows: Attachment 1- Application page Attachment 2- Revised Figures Attachment 3- Phosphorous Loading Calculation 300 N. Please provide the correct coordinates for the proposed wells. For reference, these are the provided coordinates from the most recently revised application form: V4'elI Name Status Latitude - Longitude' Gradient Location SA proposal 34°0'57.3" -078147'48-6" Down Gradictrt insidu ComplianccSounder S ? See attachments 1 and 2. 2) Please confirm that the existing chlorine disinfection system located west of Lagoon 3 is capable of meeting the fecal coliform requirements while operating under the new lagoon configuration. Were calculations performed to assess the existing disinfection design? The new lagoon configuration provides for additional settling but no change to treatment. The existing disinfection contact is not altered. Therefore, no calculations have been performed. 3) Within the revised calculations for Phosphorus loading, we noticed that the total phosphorus values from PPI 001 and PPI 002 were averaged using an ordinary arithmetic mean. Can you please explain why this method was chosen over a weighted arithmetic mean approach that would address the differing flow conditions between the two sampling points? We have reviewed and revised the calculations for phosphorous loading using weighted average of the two existing lagoon influent locations. The revised average concentration is 4.52 mg/L of phosphorous to the new spray field. The revised calculations showing suitable spray area land for the updated phosphorus loading are provided in Attachment 3. IICKSON Ms. Raup-Plummer March 24, 2022 Page 3 4) Have the easements for the influent force main been acquired? Please note that not having the easements will change some of the language and conditions within the draft permit. The easements are still in the process of acquisition. We appreciate the comments received and your assistance with this project. Sincerely, W.K. Dickson & Co., Inc. K-4 cvz4l T.
