Proposed Project: The applicant proposes to replace the existing bulkhead by stepping out a max of
11.5’ and an average of 7’ below NHW to connect the corners of adjacent
bulkheads, remove the existing docking facility, and construct a new three (3)
slips docking facility with a covered gazebo, floating docks and two (2) boat lifts.
