I am reviewing the above referenced application, and in order to complete the review, some additional information is
required:
1) Please provide a summary of the December 21, 2021, meeting concerning this project. This should include all
items requested by the USACE, DWR, and/or the Town of Cary. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)]
2) Please provide the Division with a copy of your response to the February 2, 2022, email from the USACE. [15A
NCAC 02H .0502(c)]
3) Please provide the Division with a copy of your response(s) to the incomplete notice(s) from the USACE,
including but not limited to the December 17, 2021, Incomplete Notice and any since then, if applicable. [15A
NCAC 02H .0502(c)]
4) Please provide an updated copy of the PCN form with ALL of the previously requested updates included within
the PCN form, including those emailed as a response to the Request for Additional Information for Version 1
that were not updated in the actual PCN upon resubmittal. This includes, but is not limited to, correcting
property ID numbers, correcting stream and wetland amounts, and total impact amounts for each impact table.
