Road Extension project by paying into the Neuse Riparian Buffer and Nutrient Bank (Meadow Spring
Site).

This Bank has received full payment for buffer mitigation for the above referenced project.
Riparian buffer impacts occurred in the Neuse River Basin. The amount of buffer mitigation required
is specified and verified by DWR in project #20-0981 and is 63,941.00 ft². The Meadow Spring site is
providing 29,658.93 ft², Meadow Spring Buffer Enhancement is providing 5,361.00 ft², the Hannah
Bridge site is providing 19,972.46 ft², Hannah Bridge Buffer Preservation is providing 1,230.35 ft², the
Polecat site is providing 4,712.71 ft² and the Polecat Buffer Preservation site is providing $3,005.55 for
a total of 63,941.00 ft².

You must also comply with any other state, federal or local government permits, or authorization
associated with this activity including SL 2009-337, An Act to Promote Compensatory Mitigation
