Hey Scott,
DWR has reviewed the Year 2 Monitoring Report for the Kittrell Hill Mitigation Bank and have
the following comments:
1. Thank you for including the average height data for each plot. However, to meet the
requirement of height data, DWR needs the Provider to record individual heights of each
planted stem in each monitoring plot and include with the monitoring data. Please
provide that information.
2. Thank you for including the average vigor data for each Plot. This data is sufficient for the
vigor requirement.
3. There didn’t appear to be anything in the report regarding encroachments or other factors
that may have been observed during the visual assessments. Were there any
encroachments to note? Were any bare areas present?

Thank you for your attention to these comments. Please provide an adequate response to all
items above, along with supporting documents requested.

Once I receive a response to the comments above, I can determine issuance of monitoring
report approval. Upon receiving written documentation of monitoring report approval, EcoTerra
will need to provide confirmation of bond renewal through the next year’s monitoring year prior
to receiving a credit release.
