TO: Mr. Corey Basinger
received your letter concerning 125 Fish Camp Rd {incident 202200211) and I have spoken to
Water/Sewer superintendent Kevin Abernathy concerning this incident. Mr. Abernathy self -reported
this incident and has taken steps to correct the issue. First, Mr. Abernathy has reached out to Duke's
root control to have the sewer line added to the root control list. To my knowledge this is the first
incident we have had with this line and will do everything possible to rectify the problem. Mr.
Abernathy fixed the issue after discovering the problem. Lime was also placed on the soil to minimize
the odor.
