Additional Information/Revisions
Jim,
We received your email dated February 15, with comments concerning the proposed Long Point
Reserve Subdivision in the Town of Vass. In response, we offer the following;
1. The Town of Vass is aware of the project and they will be subbing the project out to
another Engineer for review.
2. The SCM Drainage areas have been added to Sheet C-12.
3. The plans were left lying on the counter when they were taken to the printer. The
included plans are updated.
4. The landscaping is included on the SCM design sheets.
Administrative Completeness
1. Our wetland consultant revisited the site and confirmed that there are no surface waters
actually on the site.
2. The deed restrictions have been revised to include a detailed list of built upon areas for
each individual lot. The calculations and applications have been revised accordingly.
Even though the calculations said the pond could get slightly smaller, we left the design
as is.
