See the attached email exchange between me and Bethany. As you will see, I listed the stormwater permit numbers that
we want Joseph Santangelo to be listed as the responsible official. The only ones where we want Donald Plessinger to be
the responsible official are for permits NCG120096 and NCG120097, for which we have submitted the owner name
change forms.
Hopefully that adds some clarity to what we are trying to do. Let me know if you have any questions.

We just submitted the Permit Owner/Name Change form for NCG080014. This is a Waste Industries LLC site. The new
responsible official for all Waste Industries LLC sites is going to be Joseph Santangelo as listed on the form.
Do we need to keep filling out this form for the other Waste Industries LLC sites? Or will this one name change form be
enough to get the others updated?

All the permits tied to this owner will change when I process the one for NCG080014, so only the one form is necessary.
If you provide a list of the other permits you want to make sure he is listed as the responsible official for, that would be
helpful just so I can verify we've covered all of them with this one change.

Franklin Lorick was also listed as responsible official for NCG120096 and NCG120097 but we are changing the owner name
from Waste Industries LLC to their respective facility names instead so that we can get the landfill manager at those sites to
be the responsible official. We will be submitting those Permit/Owner Name Change Forms later this week.
I'm assuming that in the meantime, Joseph Santangelo would become the responsible official for those NCG120000
permits. Does that mean that Joseph Santangelo would need to sign over the permits (in addition to the landfill manager as
the new responsible official) if we fill out the forms to change the owner name?
