I have reviewed your application submitted to this office for the "impacts" in the buffer.
Given that no spoil will be stockpiled, nor other impacts are to occur in the buffer and that an
existing boat ramp will be utilized to off load the spoil material, no 401 Water Quality
Certification is required for this activity. In addition, authorization has already been given for the
dredging operation.
