Enclosed, please find five (5) copies of the 401/404 application (PCN form) A check
for the application review fee is also enclosed.
This project is to install a new seawall at a private undeveloped residential lot on
Lake Toxaway, Transylvania County, North Carolina. The seawall will be approximately
149 linear feet in length and approximately 4 -Ft high. The seawall will be constructed
with natural granite boulders Lake Toxaway is a private lake and is classified as B;
Trout A trout buffer variance, if required, will be submitted under separate cover to the
NCDENR — Division of Land Resources
