Tryon Biofuels LLC has requested approval of the following chemical, Biotrol 509. This
product will be discharged into their Outfall 001 and in to a UT to Little Marsh Swamp.
Calculations predict the use of this product, at the stated dosage rate, will not cause toxic impacts
to aquatic life in the receiving stream, UT to Little Marsh Swamp. Therefore, the use of this
product as an additive to their cooling water system at Tryon Biofuels LLC is acceptable.
