Spray Irrigation: Insufficient area. b. Connect to regional sewer system: The local POTW has rejected the discharge of condensate into their collection system. c. Subsurface: Insufficient area. d. Other disposal options: None that we are aware. PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS The applicant has requested the issuance of a Certificate of Coverage (COC) for the discharge of condensate into an ephemeral SW channel on the west side of the site. The discharge would enter the channel at the same point where other existing SW outfalls also discharge at the edge of the property. There are no biocidal additives placed in the waste stream. Pending a final review by the NPDES Unit, it is recommended a COC be issued as requested. r Signature of Report Preparer • ate / K Water Quality Regional Supervisor h:\dsr\dsr07bonakcmi.dsr Date 7000 FEET (ILOMETER J / , 53.-0 I 40' 531 • 1 15D1MA ' IUC&50o1.3q v/ j • — V \J 532 INTERIOR —GEOLOGICAL SLRVEY.
