I removed Luke Martin (because you don't have him listed as a permit contact down there anymore) and am making
other updates.
I don't see any address, phone, or email information about the other two people you list with electronic signature
authority.
You probably do need to submit a new registration form simply because I don't see those people listed as having ESA on
the form you attached. I don't know when we'll get to it, though — we've hit a hiatus with those registrations because
we lost staff, and I'm not sure when they'll resume. I am not sure I can add them to our system as having that authority
unless they're listed.
I'll run a report tomorrow to verify the changes I entered today.

I've made the changes and also updated some of the contact information for each permit, but please look these Permit
Summary Reports over. Some contacts may need to be removed and/or details revised (phone numbers, etc). We had
lots of different entries in our system for your name, so there are some variations in phone number, etc. I think some of
them still need to be revised, but take a look over it and let me know. Also, there were misspellings in the street address
for some people I tried to fix.

We were a joint venture 50% John Deere — 50% Hitachi.
Hitachi will no longer have any ownership.

The company name will change to John Deere Kernersville, LLC effective March 1,2022. No tax or banking information
will change during the transition. Eventually the name will be John Deere Kernersville but I have no knowledge when
that will take place.
