Philip,
Can you please let us know the latitude and longitude coordinates for outfall 2 and confirm it discharges to the same
waterbody as outfall 1? Then we can add it.
Thanks,

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Our permit data system only reflects a single outfall, 001, so this will have to be corrected in that system in order for all
the outfalls to be reflected in eDMR. Bethany's group will need to take care of those updates in the system.

Hello,
We worked through the eDMR submission today and noticed that we are missing Outfall #2 in order to enter the data
from the collection on 2/23. 1 have submitted the upload form and attached the DMR. We will send the hardcopy to the
Regional Office until we get the account updated.
Thanks,
Philip
