The Division has reviewed your application for renewal of NPDES permit NC0031038.To enable us to complete
our review in accordance with N.C.G.S. 143-215.1 and 15A NCAC 02H.0105,we need additional or revised
information to address the following comments:
1. As a part of the renewal process,the Division would like to review the lab report results for EPA Method
625 when monitoring was performed for each outfall.Please provide these results as soon as possible.A
table has been provided below of the Discharge Monitoring Reports(DMRs)that had indicated
monitoring for this parameter had been performed.
