Please find attached a minor modification request for the Sugar Creek Affordable Apartments project (SAW-
2021-00563) for the previously issued WQC (DWR #20-1812). The modification includes a change from the
original S1 permanent impact of 122 If to a new permanent impact of 98 If for the culvert plus 28 If of permanent
impact with no loss of waters for the addition of riprap (included as S7). There are no other changes to the
Project.
The attachments include Cover letter, Revised project plan set with impacts, and revised impact table.
