The remedial work described in the NOD dated Noy , ember 25 2013 was undertaken and substant] ally
completed in the first week of January As directed, we oversaw the work by the contractor
We met with Ms Homewood at the site February 27, which was after a few substantial rainstorms, to
review the conditions The stretches of the stream banks that we had agreed with Ms Iloniewood as
needing modification had been treated as intended The eiosion control fabric was in place The silky
willow stakes weic in place in the soil lifts We obscived no riprap out of place and no erosion
The contractor has agreed to return periodically through the end of December 2014, to re -set any
riprap that may have moved, and to snake repairs to his work for damage resulting fioni stornli of
intensity less than that of storms with 25 yeas return period
