I had a call from Jennifer Burdette (NCDENR DWR), whom I spoke with in February about drawing the bubble as a circle
on the end, (she had informed me, at that time, that there would be no off set circle where there is wetland since this
was the end of the stream and it ended at the wetland), she now has clarified that that is the case when there is
mitigation, since there is no mitigation required it is looked at as all buffer (wetland is not to be subtracted out)
Sue - please look over the enclosed Exhibit showing the revised buffer impacts Let me know if you concur before I
change the PCN and the construction drawings Will you need anew signature on the PCN or Just the revised
pages? Also, I have attached the Morinaga property, Stormwater Plan The project is currently under review for
Stormwater by the City of Mebane
Chuck - once Sue O K's it, do you want us to reissue to you, sheet Number 7 with a revision date or Just a new seal, or
let me know how you want that done
Once we have the PCN and the plan revised, I will send Craig Brown (USACE) a revised copy as well
