Attached is the USACE Nationwide Permit #12 authorization verification for the project described as the City of
Greensboro, Southeast Feeder Main, dated 13 September 2019. Please note the description, which states, All
permanent impacts for rip rap will not result in the discharge of rip rap within the stream channel beds, except for
Crossing #2. The channel beds at all crossings, except for Crossing #2 will be restored to the pre -construction contours.
Also attached are the 2021 Updated exhibits associated with this project, provided to the USACE on behalf of the City of
Greensboro on July 21, 2021. The consultant for the City of Greensboro was notified on February 19, 2022 that these
impacts could proceed under a Non -reporting Nationwide Permit #58.
Please copy me on any correspondences regarding all restoration activities associated with the DWR Notice of Violation.
