A review of Annual Reporting Requirements for the subject facility revealed the violation(s) indicated
below:
Late/Missing 2020 Annual Report Summary
The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) sent an email request for a copy of the report on May 18th, 2021
and to date has not received a response. This is a violation of permit condition IV.7. which requires
annual report submittal by March 1st
A response is required by September 8th, 2021 and should include a copy of the report and
an explanation of measures taken to ensure future timely submittal. You have received
past violations for missing annual reports and the issue needs to be corrected. Your
response may be emailed to [e-mail].
Please be aware that non-compliance with your permit could result in enforcement action by the Division
of Water Resources for these and any additional violations of State law. The MRO encourages you to
take all necessary actions to ensure timely submission of future reporting forms in accordance with
permit requirements.
