The referenced NOV was originally mailed on July 29th, 2021. The attached paper copy was returned to the
Mooresville Regional Office due to an undeliverable address. The corrected address was received by email
communication from Mr. Brandon Long to Ms. Maria Schutte on October 26th, 2021.
Although this NOV has already been addressed, you are receiving the letter because the Division of Water
Resources is required to send a paper copy of a violation by certified mail. Return of the signed green card is
all that is needed.

A written response is requested by August 30th, 2021, with an explanation of steps taken to
avoid future exceedances.
