Enclosed are three copies of the completed Notice of Intent renewal application form with supporting documentation for each facility. The reported volume of discharge for each discharge point represents the average instantaneous flow during sampling. Sampling is conducted only during flow events and flow only occurs during plant operation. Please note that these Notices of Intent do not require a separate application fee as indicated on the checklist. Each permitted facility pays the annual fee for continued coverage under this NPDES General Permit. Also note that because none of these facilities are new nor are expanding with this application, no alternatives analyses are required.
