Inspection Summary:
On March 15, 2022 Victoria Herdt and Sarah Toppen with NCDEQ DWR meet on -site with Travis and Angela Biggs, one of
the permittees.
Mr. Biggs explained that the spray irrigation facility hasn't been constructed because it is not required yet. The property has
an on -site septic system that is subsurface and working properly. If that system fails the spray irrigation facility,
permit(WQ0015652) would be constructed per the permit.
Informed Mr. and Mrs. Biggs that the permit will need to be renewed this year. I will reach back out to them in May 2022, six
months before permit expires on November 30th, 2022.
